Vaccinations
Check which vaccines are recommended or required for your destination(s)
Book a travel health consultation at least 6–8 weeks before departure
Ensure routine vaccines (MMR, DTP, Polio) are up to date
Get Yellow Fever vaccination if required (certified centre needed)
Obtain International Certificate of Vaccination if needed (e.g., Meningitis ACWY for Hajj)
Medications & Prescriptions
Get antimalarial prescription if travelling to a malaria-risk area
Pack enough regular medications for your entire trip plus extra
Carry medications in original packaging with a doctor's letter
Pack altitude sickness medication (Diamox) if trekking above 2,500m
Carry anti-diarrhoeal tablets and oral rehydration sachets

SPF 50+ broad-spectrum sunscreen
Oral rehydration sachets and anti-diarrhoeal medication
Antiseptic wipes and plasters for minor injuries
Thermometer and paracetamol/ibuprofen

Hand sanitiser (alcohol-based, 60%+)
Treated mosquito net (if visiting malaria areas without air conditioning)
